In 2023, I transitioned from the corporate world to launch Stage Mom Social, where I collaborate with purpose-driven brands committed to enhancing health, happiness, and well-being. This shift allowed me to align my work with my own vision: a nomadic life rich in experiences, creativity, movement, and wellness.

As a certified personal trainer and ultimate hype woman, I'm dedicated to helping others thrive and become the strongest version of themselves. ​
